I loved and wanted to share part of this article I got in my inbox this morning, I am always, growing, improving and taking my life to the next level, which I know had always required me to take massive leaps of faith, doing this that scare the hell out of me often. The universe always rewards me in the most amazing ways though!! I love the thrill of putting it all on line, risking big with no idea how I will accomplish what I want, but then the universe always provides.
Its hard, its painful and it hurts! Especially with relationships this has been a struggle for me, many times I have painfully let go of people or men that were amazing but not quite what I truly wanted, as I have done that I always find that in letting go I always make space for something better!! So its all worth it, it really teaches me to have more faith over and over again!!


Recently ive been getting the urging that I am WAY too comfortable right now, that I need to really push myself, step up & out of my comfort zone, change my surroundings and UP-LEVEL every area of my life massively and really go for exactly what I want 100% no EXCUSES~~

New Makeup and a Braided Updo

Doing my thing, behind the scenes for a Commercial shoot recently;

I recently got given this amazingly infamous Palette called 'Naked' by Urban Decay- It has the best range of colors to create a natural look to something dark & smokey!

My sister asked me to do her hair this morning so this is what I came up with! ;)
I did a french braid from the front of her head on each side and slanted it down to the nap of her neck and braided to her ends, then I wrapped each braid around the opposite side of her head and pinned securely with bobbi pins.
A very cute & romantic look-

I wanted to share some of today's message here;

Go within and work on your ability to love others unconditionally. In the beginning, especially in difficult
relationships, it may be difficult to slide your love emotions towards the euphoric end. In these cases,
work within yourself and find ways you can release the need to change the other. Sometimes you may have
to “Fake it ‘til you make it.” If you continually project loving thoughts towards another, the negative emotions
you feel towards others will wane.

Your brain does not know the difference between reality and fantasy. If you continually force your thoughts
to be loving and not allow yourself to dwell on negative thoughts, your brain will re-pattern itself and before
long, you will find yourself accepting those whom you have had difficulty with in the past.

Eventually, the ability to love all will flow freely to everyone you meet. It is then that you will be
emotionally balanced and no matter if others hang you upon a cross, you will be able to love them.
This is the secret of the Masters.

WooHoo Weekend Recap!

This past weekend has been a BLAST!!! I had the most amazing time at Lisa Steadman's WOOHOO WEEKEND ~ www.lisasteadman.com
Which was at the Beautiful Marriot Renaissance at LAX

I did Lisa's Hair & Makeup for the 2 day workshop.
I also had the pleasure of doing Bonnie Gayle's Makeup on Day 1.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa for a few years now at her Woohoo Weekends and other transformational workshops and always meet the most amazing people and business contacts! Lisa is so awesome & REAL & Authentic which is what I love about her!! Lisa is an Author, Coach, Mentor, Speaker, Dating Coach, Expert and Woohoo Woman!!

My favorite vendor from the event~ Azie Naami! I bought one of her beautiful necklaces for a special someone!

My second client of the day amazing Speaker & Body Liberator Bonnie Gayle~!

I loved Bonnie's story & talk here is a sneak peak of some of her handout (Which talked about how our words effect water & our bodies are made up of at LEAST 70% water!!!)
Bonnie is a Body Liberator she helps people get in touch with and truly love their bodies. After overcoming her eating disorder and body image issues, Bonnie successfully sponsored and mentored hundreds of women and men with body issues issues. I got emotional when Bonnie was talking because I could so relate to what she was saying and have definitely struggles with my own body image.

Lisa's Look for Day 2. I wanted to change things up and did a Bright Red Lip pared with a sexy grey smokey eye & lashes of course!

On Day 2 these are the top products I used on Lisa, This Lorac eyeshadow palette is so sexy, smokey and does not crease ALL Day!!!

For Lisa's Lips I used a Nars Lip Color Pencil first then dabbed this amazing Lip Tar by OCC on top!

She is awesome!! It really helps to have someone supporting you on your path in life and get an outsiders perspective on your life. I know I don't NEED a coach and can achieve things on my own but investing in MYSELF and MY DREAMS by hiring one really helps to lazer focus on what I want and get where I want to be faster.
All the most successful people in the world have coaches and business advisers or a dream team of cheerleaders around them that truly support and believe in them deeply!
I am human, im insecure, I have fears and past hurts and having a coach like Khama who also helps spiritually to help me let go of what is blocking me and holding me back in life!

Whats the point in living if we don't make it worth while, play big and live to the full?? How can we give to others if we cant even give to or accept ourselves??

Its crazy that most people will spend $100's of dollars every single week on bills and things they HAVE to pay for but feel bad about or don't invest in themselves.
You should always invest in self first!! Taking care of yourself is most important and allows you to better take care of others!!
